Alucomaxx FR — Fire-resistant panels

ACM panels from the Alucomaxx FR line differ from traditional panels: their core of polymers and modified compounds helps delay flames, limiting the spread of fire in the event of a blaze.

ASSEMBLY METHODS

Simple, reliable installation systems

Suspended system

The panels are fixed to a sub-structure using clips, shims and aluminium profiles. This method allows precise, even installation while adapting easily to different facade configurations.

Tongue-and-groove system

The panels slot into one another through complementary profiles. This solution ensures fast assembly with even joints, and allows easy dismantling for repairs or panel replacement.

Riveted system

The panels are mechanically fixed to the sub-structure using rivets, aluminium profiles and spacers. This method provides a particularly solid fixing and suits commercial facades exposed to wind and temperature swings.

Bonded system

The panels are bonded directly to the supporting structure with a structural adhesive. With no visible fixings, the result is a uniform, continuous surface, particularly well suited to interior applications calling for a refined finish.

With the largest facility in Latin America, the Alucomaxx plant covers an impressive 28,000 m² built on a 110,000 m² site, strategically located in Guarulhos, one of the country's main logistics hubs.
